Option 9: Time/Offset. Use this option to specify a range of time to be
displayed. This option is available only for the HOST time. In the
following example, the user selects a time range from October 4
through October 5 of 1991 by responding to the series of prompts. Note
that, as usual, the current settings are displayed in brackets in the
prompts.
