SDDBD Error Messages
SDDBD WARNING Messages (2501–2602)
SDDBD WARNING Messages (2501–2602)
2501 MESSAGE: Image database ! already defined in dictionary (SDWARN 2501)
CAUSE: A database definition with the same name already exists in the dictionary.
ACTION: None necessary. SDDBD will take the action specified in the OPTION clause of
the IMAGE command.
2502 MESSAGE: Compatible definition for element ! used (SDWARN 2502)
CAUSE: An element definition with the same display-length, count, and element-type
attribute values already exists in the dictionary.
ACTION: None necessary. SDDBD will use the existing entity definition in the dictionary
instead of trying to create it, and continue processing.
2503 MESSAGE: Incompatible definition exists for element ! (SDWARN 2503)
CAUSE: An element definition with different unmatching values already exists in the
dictionary.
ACTION: None necessary. SDDBD will take the action specified in the OPTION clause of
the IMAGE command.
2504 MESSAGE: Compatible definition for data set ! used (SDWARN 2504)
CAUSE: A data set definition with the same definition and same set of relationships
already exists in the dictionary.
ACTION: None necessary. SDDBD will use the existing entity definition in the dictionary
instead of trying to create it, and continue processing.
2505 MESSAGE: Incompatible definition exists for data set ! (SDWARN 2505)
CAUSE: The data set entity has a different set of attributes values, or has a different set of
elements related to it.
ACTION: None necessary. SDDBD will take the action specified in the OPTION clause of
the IMAGE command.
2506 MESSAGE: Compatible definition for record ! used (SDWARN 2506)
CAUSE: An record definition with the same definition and same set of relationships already
exists in the dictionary.
ACTION: None necessary. SDDBD will use the existing entity definition in the dictionary
instead of trying to create it, and continue processing.
2507 MESSAGE: Incompatible definition exists for record ! (SDWARN 2507)
CAUSE: The record entity in the dictionary has a different byte-length attribute value, or
has a different set of elements related to it.
ACTION: None necessary. SDDBD will take the action specified in the OPTION clause of
the IMAGE command.
