SDDBD Error Messages
SDDBD ERROR MESSAGES (2601–2821)
2620 MESSAGE: Unknown DEFINE parameter (SDERR 2620)
CAUSE: The parameter being specified is not recognizable by SDDBD.
ACTION: Use the HELP DEFINE command to list the set of valid parameters, or look
under the DEFINE command in the manual for the valid parameters.
2621 MESSAGE: Expecting dictionary name (SDERR 2621)
CAUSE: The dictionary name was not supplied in the DICTIONARY parameter.
ACTION: Use the REDO command to add the dictionary name, or reenter the command
with the dictionary name.
2622 MESSAGE: Expecting scope name (SDERR 2622)
CAUSE: The scope name is not supplied in the SCOPE parameter.
ACTION: Use the REDO command to add the scope name, or reenter the command with the
scope name.
2624 MESSAGE: Illegal open mode (SDERR 2624)
CAUSE: The open mode supplied is not valid.
ACTION: The open mode should be either EXCLUSIVE-UPDATE or SHARED-UPDATE.
2625 MESSAGE: Illegal name mode (SDERR 2625)
CAUSE: The name mode supplied is not valid.
ACTION: The name mode should be either INTERNAL or EXTERNAL.
2630 MESSAGE: Unknown IMAGE parameter (SDERR 2630)
CAUSE: The parameter keyword supplied in the command is not valid.
ACTION: Use the HELP IMAGE command to list the set of valid parameters, or look under
the IMAGE command in the manual for the valid parameters.
2631 MESSAGE: Expecting Image database name (SDERR 2631)
CAUSE: The IMAGE database name is required in the command.
ACTION: The IMAGE database name should be added to the command.
2632 MESSAGE: Expecting Image database open mode (SDERR 2632)
CAUSE: The IMAGE database open mode was not supplied.
ACTION: Add the IMAGE database open mode to the command. The database open mode is
a value between 1 and 8 as specified in the IMAGE manual.
2633 MESSAGE: Illegal database open mode value (SDERR 2633)
CAUSE: The IMAGE database open mode value is not valid.
ACTION: Supply a value between 1 and 8.
2634 MESSAGE: Expecting ON/OFF switch (SDERR 2634)
CAUSE: The value supplied for the parameter is not valid.
ACTION: The value should be either ON or OFF.
