• Software product installation jobs (both HP and non-HP)
frequently use blank or constant passwords when
creating new accounts, groups, and users
• Remember to manually impose custom passwords after
software installations
• Periodically check for blank passwords

– Running Vesoft's VEAUDIT/3000 product
