to capture connection dialog. Report an error against remote

12302 CLAS0003 MESSAGE: None
CAUSE: A packet was received without the ACK flag set by a connection
in a state in which such a packet is not acceptable. The packet will be
ignored. This is a remote protocol violation.
ACTION: Remote protocol error indication. Use tracing or line analysis

implementation.
12303 CLAS0003 MESSAGE: None
