CAUSE: Unable to free the buffer passed to NetIPC associated with the
inbound datagram received (PARM = Result returned from
bmgr_free_buffer).

2 CLAS0002 MESSAGE: None
CAUSE: The send of the datagram open reply message to NetIPC failed
(PARM = Result code returned from send_msg).

CAUSE: Attempt to add UDP to the registry failed (PARM = Result code
