5. Prerequisites
5.1 Product Requirements
Serviceguard NFS Toolkit support (legacy package) for CFS is available on HP-UX 11i
v2 and v3.
For CFS support on HP-UX 11i v2, install:
 Serviceguard A.11.18 or later
 CFS 5.0 or later
 Serviceguard NFS Toolkit B.11.23.07 or later
For CFS support on HP-UX 11i v3, install:
 Serviceguard A.11.18 or later
 CFS 5.0 or later
 Serviceguard NFS Toolkit A.11.31.02 or later
Serviceguard NFS Toolkit support (modular package) for CFS is available on HP-UX 11i
v3 (11.31).
For Serviceguard NFS modular package support for CFS on HP-UX 11i v3, install:
 Serviceguard A.11.18 (or above)
 CFS 5.0 (or above)
 Serviceguard NFS Toolkit A.11.31.05 (or above)
5.2 Patch Requirements
For HP-UX 11i v2, you must have the September 2004 release installed which includes
base patch PHKL_31500. It is recommended that you install the latest NFS, Kernel RPC
and Lock Manager patches.
Serviceguard NFS modular package feature for HP-UX 11i v3 is supported on
