5 Mouse Functions
Default Mouse Functions
You can assign up to sixteen functions to each of the mouse buttons when used in conjunction with
modifier keys. The following functions are defined by default:
Mouse Button Modifier Keys Click Double-Click
Left Button none Select Move Cursor
Shift+ Extend Selection
Control+ Paste
Shift+Control+ Copy Paste
Alt+ Select Rect
Right Button none Copy
Shift+ Select Word
Shift+Control+ Select Line
Alt+ Send CR
Middle Button none Paste Move Cursor
Defining Mouse Functions
You can redefine the functions assigned to the mouse buttons using the Mouse Action Settings
dialog. This enables you to specify the functions of the mouse buttons when single or double-clicked on
their own or in conjunction with modifier keys.
The Mouse Action Settings dialog can be displayed using one of the following methods:
Using the Session Wizard

Click on the Mouse Actions... button in Step 2.
Using the TeemTalk Window
◦
Select Mouse Actions... on the Tools menu.
