This problem has been corrected. The asusetup command warns the user that the
Server Manager utility or the promote command must be used to promote a BDC to
a PDC of the same domain.

Problem Addressed:
The "lmshell" utility's "net logon" command failed to use
the specified domain name when only the user name and domain name
were specified on the command line.
This problem has been corrected.
Problem Addressed:
If the "net logon" command was unable to validate a user name
and password from a trusted domain, other "net" commands that
require a valid user name and password sometimes failed
with the error "Access is denied.", even though the Trusted
Domain Secure Channel between the ASU server and the trusted
domain was authenticated.

Problem Addressed:
If the "asusetup" command was used to change the server name of a member
server, and at the same time, the domain name or the primary domain controller
was also changed, then asusetup command exited with the following error:
Failed to convert the SAM database.

If the "net" command prompted the user for a password, the user
could not use the backspace key to erase a mistyped character.
Instead, both the mistyped character and the ASCII delete character
were considered as part of the password, and the command
usually failed.
