EVM V2.0D is not backward compatible with EVM V1.1, and EVM
versions cannot be mixed. Install EVM V2.0D on all EVM host
agent computers in the EVM network.
You should consider operational issues before starting to
install an EVM network:
- EVM users have been notified of the planned installation
- EVM jobs are not scheduled to run until after this
installation
- EVM undo-jobs do not exist when this installation is
started
- EVM jobs are not running during this installation
- EVM V1.1 Client or host agent is not running during this
installation
CAUTION: Failure to properly address operational issues prior
to and during this installation of an EVM network can lead to
reduced operational capability and loss of data.
Consult the EVM Network Administration Guide for more
information.
