Preparing the Host System

3. Select HSG80 Controller for ACS85 new and click Next. Follow the instructions
on the screen.
Installing Agent
1. Insert the Solution Software CD-ROM into the host computer.
2. Type one of the following commands at the command prompt, depending on your
operating system version.
For Tru64 UNIX Version 4.0x, type:
# mount -r -t cdfs -o rrip /dev/rz6c /mnt
Substitute for rz6c, if necessary, for your CD-ROM.
For Tru64 UNIX Version 5.1x, type:
# mount -r -t cdfs -o rrip /dev/disk/cdrom0c /mnt
Substitute for cdrom0c, if necessary, for your CD-ROM.
3. Change directories on the CD-ROM by typing:
# cd /mnt/agent
4. To run the installation program, type the following at the command prompt:
# setld -l . ( -l is a lowercase L)
You are asked if you want to install the listed subsets.
5. Enter the corresponding number of the software and then press RETURN.
6. Select option y, and then press RETURN.
7. Follow the instructions on the screen.
Upgrading the Agent and ACS on Standalone Servers
1. For any Tru64 UNIX version supported, stop the Agent by using the following
steps:
a. Stop I/O to your FC drives.
b. Unmount your FC drives using the umount command.
c. Stop the Agent by typing the following commands:
# cd /usr/opt/SWCCXXX/scripts
# execute swcc_config
