SNMPv3 support for ESXi.
NOTE: While discovering the ESXi devices through SNMPv3, specifying Engine ID is
mandatory in addition to entering the security name, security level, authorization or privilege
fields in order to receive SNMPv3 traps from the device.
Engine ID of ESXi is configurable. If the value is a hexadecimal, it needs to be preceded with 0x.
