MPIO not to support this disk any further. Please check
the status of the multipath capable disk at the array end.
X represents the serial number of the disk.

forth not be accessible.

This event is logged when the DSM detects an unrecover-
able failure of a multipath capable disk. Although the disk
may be visible to the system, the data on the disk may
not be accessible. Please check the status of the multipath
capable disk at the array end. X represents the serial
number of the disk.
