USB Stick Quick Start Getting to Know Your USB Stick The supported functions and actual appearance are subject to your product purchased. The following pictures are displayed for illustration purpose only.

On - - The USB Stick accesses the network normally; however, no data is being transmitted. On - Blink Data is being transmitted. Requirements for the PC Your PC must meet the following configuration requirements for using the USB Stick. Otherwise, the operation performance of the USB Stick may be degraded.
During lightning storms, stop using the external antenna and disconnect it from the USB Stick. To connect the external antenna to your USB Stick, do as follows: 1. Power off the USB Stick. 2. Push the cover of the antenna interface and then connect the external antenna to the interface. 3. Put the external antenna in an open space without any surrounding obstacles, to ensure good reception of network signals.
Installing the Management Program 1. Power on the PC. 2. Connect the USB Stick to the PC. 3. The OS displays a message that new hardware is found and prompts you to install the management program. 4. Install the management program according to the on-screen instructions. 5. When you finish installing the management program, the shortcut icon of the management program appears in the notification area.
3. Click Change/Remove Programs. 4. Find the management program. 5. Click Change/Remove. 6. Uninstall the management program according to the on-screen instructions. Disconnecting the USB Stick If is not displayed in the notification area, do as follows: 1. Exit the management program. 2. Disconnect the USB Stick from the PC. If is displayed in the notification area, do as follows: 1. Double-click in the notification area. The OS displays the message that "Safely remove hardware." 2.
3. Click Connect. Then the USB Stick tries to connect to the network. When the connection is established, the icons indicating a successful network connection and the signal strength are displayed at the bottom of the management program interface. Disconnecting Network When you do not use the Internet, you can disconnect the USB Stick from the network manually. After you disconnect the network connection, you need to connect the USB Stick to the network again before accessing the Internet. 1.
Troubleshooting When the USB Stick is connected to the PC for the first time, the system does not prompt you to install the Management Program. After the system recognizes the new hardware, you need to wait a few minutes for the system to prepare for the installation of the program. Ensure that the USB Stick is connected to the PC correctly and is displayed in the notification area. Otherwise, disconnect the USB Stick and then connect it to the PC again.
2. 3. Disconnect the USB Stick from the PC, and then connect the USB Stick to the PC again. Install the management program according to the on-screen instructions. Remove the USB Stick safely and restart the PC. Then connect the USB Stick to the PC again. Ensure that the auto play function of the OS is enabled. The USB Stick cannot access the Internet. Ensure that you are in the service area.

Maintenance If the device is not used for a long time, power it off, and then remove all the cables connected to it. If any exception occurs, for example, if the device emits any smoke or unusual sound or smell, stop using the device immediately, power it off, remove all the cables connected to it, and then contact an authorized service center. Do not trample, pull, or overbend any cable. Otherwise, the cable may get damaged, causing malfunction of the device.
