with a pre-paid freight label to return the product(s) to us in this situation. Items returned for
other reasons will not be provided with a pre-paid freight return label. These returns include
reasons such as "changed my mind," "did not like the product" and "ordered the incorrect
product". Shipping must be prepaid by the customer on all returns of this nature.
All products must be returned in new, unused condition in their original box. Refund will be
given on merchandise returned in the same manner as originally charged. We do not accept
C.O.D. returns.

Manufacturers’ warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the
product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from. Please
review the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions.
