Select this function to cancel all the diversion.
Call Barring
In the Service menu, scroll to Call Barring.
Outgoing
Press OK to have the following options:
1. Select On to forbid dialing out any call.
2. Select Off to turn off the restrain.
3. Select Status to check the current restraint status on
outgoing.

Scroll to Intl. Out and press OK to have the following
