According to the European WEEE directive, electrical and electronic equip-
ment must not be disposed with consumer waste. Its components must be
recycled or disposed apart from each other. Otherwise contaminative and
hazardous substances can pollute our environment.
You as a consumer are committed by law to dispose electrical and elect-
ronic devices to the producer, the dealer or public collecting points at the end of the
devices lifetime for free. Particulars are
regulated in national right. The symbol on the product, in the user‘s manual or at
the packaging alludes to these terms. With this kind of waste seperation, application
and waste disposal of used devices you achieve an important share to environmental
protection.
1.0 Safety Instruction
Put the device always on a stable and straight surface. In case of falling it
can be damaged.
Don‘t place the device into direct sunlight or in places with high tempera-
ture. This can damage the device or shorten his average useful life.
Don‘t place it in the near of heat sources like radiators or other heat
producing devices.
Don‘t expose the devices to rain, water, wetness or high humidity.
Don‘t place it in the bathroom or the kitchen in the near of a sink.
Avoid the direct contact with water.
Don‘t try to open the device.
Prior to the rst use of our product make a backup of your data.
We are not liable for any loss of data.

4.1. Place Tablet PC (either in portrait or landscape mode) into central
groove.

Home button ‒ brings you to the tablet PC home screen
Keyboard hide/show ‒ allows to show or hide the keyboard on the

Cut ‒ cuts out all selected elements
Previous track ‒ skips to previous track on current playlist

4.2. Push in: using two hands, one holds the back of the keyboard and
the other holds one side of the iPad

6.0 Tablet PC Function Keys
The i.onik
®
Bluetooth
®
keyboard has been designed with special function
keys to give you more control of your tablet PC.
Combination keys:
Press Command and space key simulatniously. Press the arrow keys up/
down additionally to change the language.
7.0 Battery
1. In standby mode the battery can last sveral days.
2. When not in use turn the device off to lengthen the battery life.

keyboard will change into sleep mode if not being in
use; press any key and wait a second or two to waken it.
4.3. Take out: using two hands. Hold both sides of the keyboard. The one
hand pulls the tablet PC and makes it sliding out along the edge of the
bottom of the keyboard.
4. Select “KB002” on the tablet PC. The tablet PC will display a code.
5. Type the code on KB002 and press enter; the keyboard is now paired to
the tablet PC.
5.0 Pair your i.onik
®
Bluetooth
®
Keyboard
Note: This step is only needed when you pair your i.onik
®
Bluetooth
®
keyboard for the first time.
1. Turn on your tablet PC and select: Settings > General > Bluetooth
2. Slide the button “On” and press the Bluetooth button on the keyboard.
3. The status light will flash on the keyboard and the tablet PC will display
“KB002” as an available device.
Attention!
Horizontal not possible
with all devices.
