match and this is your only camera, perform a replace operation on the left
panel.
3. If none of the above steps have solved the problem, perform a factory
reset of the camera. To factory reset the camera perform the following
steps:
o Disconnect power to the camera.
o Depress and hold the button on the back of the camera.
o While holding the button, connect power to the camera. Continue to
hold the button.
o Hold the button until the LED ring on the front of the camera turns
amber.
o Wait until the LED ring turns solid green. The camera is now reset
to factory settings.
o Wait one to three minutes for the camera to be discovered by your
iControl System.

What is the cameras resolution?
The iControl Camera takes pictures at 640x480 and all video are presented at 320x240 or
640x320 depending upon your preference.
Door/Window Sensor
What should I do if my Door/Window sensor has a red dot next to it on the
System page of my iControl Portal?
Try the following steps, in this order:
1. Open and close the window or door that it is mounted on. Wait a few
moments and see if the dot turns green. Repeat once, if necessary.
2. If the problem persists, confirm that the devices type and ID are correctly
entered in the System.
Why does my Door/Window sensor always report itself as open?
1. The sensor may be installed incorrectly, verify that the arrows on the
sensor and the sensor magnets are aligned.
