Zero point calibration
Before using the pump the first
time, or whenever necessary, we
recommend you to calibrate the
0-point of the flow control ring
on the RH pump head.
1 Start the pump in the mode
PUMP Flow rate with the RUN/
STOP key and pump the liquid
to be delivered.
2 While the pump is in opera-
tion, turn the knurled adjus-
tment ring to the right until
the pump stops delivering the
liquid (the motor is still
running!).
Loosen the fixing screw of
the revolving flow control
ring (black) and turn it to the
value '0'.
Tighten the fixing screw again.
3 Set the required stroke volume
and configure the basic setting
stroke volume accordingly
(page 21).
k This calibration is only valid
for the RH pump head.
The Q pump head does not
re�uire a zero point calibration.

Calibration du point zéro
Nous recommandons de calibrer
le point zéro de la tête de pompe
RH avant la première utilisation,
ou chaque fois que cela est né-
cessaire.
1 Passer avec la touche MODE
sur PUMP Flow rate. Mettez la
pompe en marche en pressant
la touche RUN/STOP et pompez
le liquide à calibrer.
2 Pendant que la pompe fonction-
ne, tournez l’anneau de réglage
rotatif vers la droite jusqu’à ce
que la pompe cesse de refouler
du liquide.
Dévissez la vis de fixation de
l’anneau gradué rotatif (noir) et
réglez ce dernier à la valeur '0'.
Vissez à nouveau fermement la
vis de fixation .
3 Régler le volume de course
désiré et configurer le réglage
de base volume de course con-
formément (page 21).
k Ce calibrage ne vaut �ue
pour la tête de pompe RH.
La tête de pompe Q n'a pas une
calibration de point zéro.
RH-Pumpenkopf
Nullpunkt-Kalibrierung
Die Kalibrierung des Skalen
0-Punktes am RH-Pumpenkopf
wird bei erstmaliger Inbetrieb-
nahme sowie bei Bedarf empfoh-
len.
1 Starten Sie die Pumpe im Mo-
dus PUMP Flow rate mit der
RUN/STOP Taste und pumpen
Sie das entsprechende Medi-
um.
2 Drehen Sie bei laufender Pum-
pe den gerändelten Einstell-
ring solange nach rechts, bis
die Pumpe nichts mehr fördert
(der Motor läuft weiter!).
Lösen Sie die Fixierschraube
des drehbaren Skalenrings
(schwarz) und stellen Sie die-
sen auf den Wert '0' ein.
Ziehen Sie die Fixierschraube
wieder fest.
3 Stellen Sie das von Ihnen ge-
wünschte Hubvolumen ein und
konfigurieren sie die Grundein-
stellung Hubvolumen entspre-
chend (Seite 21).
k Diese Kalibrierung gilt nur
für den RH-Pumpenkopf.
Beim Q-Pumpenkopf gibt es kei-
ne Nullpunkt-Kalibrierung.
