This warranty does not cover damage for wear and tear, abuse, weather damage, improper use or

alteration and it is the sole express warranty relating to the insta-bed™ product. It gives you, the

original purchaser, specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to

state.

If you experience a manufacturer's defect in materials or workmanship, please visit

To the maximum extent permitted by state law, the manufacturer and/or distributor of this product

shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, indirect, punitive or exemplary damages

or lost profits resulting from any breach of this warranty or otherwise. All implied warranties relating

to this product including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a

particular purpose are hereby limited in duration to 1 year from the date of purchase. Some states do

not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion

or limitation may not apply to you.
