R-TECH INSULATION IN A BASEMENT APPLICATION, BETWEEN FURRING STRIPS
Using the permanent marker, mark your cut
lines on the R-Tech. Then use a straight edge
ruler and utility knife to make your cut through
the insulation.
Place your cut pieces in the furred-out wall,
refl ective side out. The fl exibility of R-Tech means
it can be installed in a variety of spaces including
behind electrical wires since the material has a
little bit of give to it.
Any remaining gaps in the wall can be fi lled in
with spray foam.
Once R-Tech is installed, fi nish materials can be
applied to the wall.
