Replacing Battery
The life of the battery in the portable station varies with usage, but is generally about one year. If the
battery cannot be recharged by the battery charger included with the portable station, or if it drains quickly
after a full recharge, it should be replaced with a new battery.
1. If the portable station is on, press and hold [Power] for
more than two seconds to turn it off.
2. Remove the battery cover.
3. Unplug the connector and remove the old battery.
4. Plug the new battery into the connector and place the
battery snugly into the compartment.
5. Replace the battery cover.
6. Place the portable station in the charger and charge the
battery for more than seven hours.
NOTES:
• Be sure to turn off the portable station before replacing the battery.
• Do not use other than specified battery charger.
• Do not dispose of the battery in fire. Do not heat up the battery.
• Do not use the battery in other than Omegatrek.
