Test Name Description Steps
TEST #13
Knob
Example:
F2E2
1. Check if the knobs are properly functioning to determine if the issue is resulting from a faulty
encoder or UI board(s).
2. Unplug range or disconnect power.
3. Open console and check the wire connection between the encoder and board.
4. Plug in range or reconnect power, wait 2 minutes.
5. If the issue is still occurring, enter the Diagnostics mode, and enter the fault display mode to view
the fault code. If the same error is occurring, unplug range or disconnect power.
6. Replace the UI board with the issue.
7. Reassemble all parts and panels before operation.
8. Plug in range or reconnect power.

TEST #14
Control Status
UI & ACU Mismatch
Example:
F6E4
1. Unplug range or disconnect power. Wait 10 seconds, then reconnect power.
2. Conrm the error is still occurring after 2 minutes. If the error is still occurring and it is the same
error code, go to step 3. If the error is not occurring, go to step 11.
3. Unplug range or disconnect power and replace the ACU.
4. Reassemble all parts and panels before operating.
5. Plug in oven or reconnect power.
6. Cycle power. If the error is still occurring, after the ACU is replaced, unplug oven or disconnect

TEST #15
Power Input
Product is mis-wired.
The electrical outlet in the home
may be mis-wired.
Example:
F9E0

2. Check the wires and connectors between the main control (P6) and power cord.
3. Check that the L1-L2-N wiring (pigtail) from the power outlet is correctly connected to the range
terminal block. Verify correct power supply to unit L1 to L2 = 240 V, L1 to Neutral =120 V, and L2
to Neutral = 120 V.
4. Reassemble all parts and panels before operating.
5. Plug in range or reconnect power.
6. Verify operation is normal.
