FAILURE ERROR LIKELY FAILURE CONDITION
F6 E1 Oven temperature
SUGGESTED CORRECTIVE ACTION PROCEDURE
NOTE: In addition to error code F6E1, F3E0 will also appear on the display.
1. Unplug oven or disconnect power. Check the sensor probe cable and
connector. Check the entire board connection harness for loose or
damaged connections. Fit the connectors to the correct position and
replace the sensor or harness if damaged. Reassemble all parts and
panels and plug in oven or reconnect power. If the error code does not
appear, follow the “Final Steps” section.
2. If the error code does appear, unplug oven or disconnect power. Turn
back on after 10seconds and start a cooking cycle with the Grill level on
“High Power.” Wait for 15-20 minutes. If the error code does not appear,
reassemble all parts and panels and follow the “Final Steps” section.
3. If the error code does appear, unplug oven or disconnect power. Replace
the AM control board, reassemble all parts and panels and follow the
“Final Steps” section.

SUGGESTED CORRECTIVE ACTION PROCEDURE
NOTE: To test, start a cooking cycle and in 1 minute, the error code may
appear. If it does not, reassemble all parts and panels, follow the “Final Steps”
section.
NOTE: If the error code F6E0 appears, you will need to complete the following
ESAM procedure.
1. Connect the ESAM module through the correct cabling to the input
display connector (J36 Babbage).
2. On the screen it will say “Read EEPROM failure codes: Read FxEx
(external) errors stored.”
3. Record values read and disconnect ESAM module.
NOTE: If the error code is F6E4, follow the steps below:
1. Unplug oven or disconnect power. Replace the AM with a new one.
Reassemble all parts and panels and plug in oven or reconnect power.
If the error code does not appear, follow the “Final Steps” section. If the
error code does appear, unplug oven or disconnect power and place the
original AM back into the oven.
2. Replace the HMI with a new one. Reassemble all parts and panels and
plug in oven or reconnect power. If the error code does not appear, follow
the “Final Steps” section.
NOTE: If the screen showed F6E0 while in ESAM, you will need to complete
the following:
1. Unplug oven or disconnect power. Check the wire connectors between
AM and HMI to see if they are correctly plugged in. If they are not in the
correct position, t cabling and connectors in the proper positions. Then
reassemble all parts and panels, follow the “Final Steps” section.
2. If they are in the correct positions, check the wire connectors between
AM and ADA expansion board HMI. If they are not plugged in correctly, x
them, then reassemble all parts and panels and follow the “Final Steps”
section.
