CLEANING
Surface Maintenance:
Clean periodically with hot soapy water and clean cotton cloth. Do not use corrosive or abrasive
detergent, or steel wool/scouring pads which will scratch and damage surface.
Forheavier soil use liquid degreasing cleaner.
After cleaning, you may use non abrasive stainless steel polish/cleaners,to polish and buff out the
stainless luster and grain. Always scrub lightly, with clean cotton cloth, and with the grain. Do not
use any product containing chlorine bleach. Do not use "orange" cleaners.
ResidueCups:
Residueand grease from cooking will collect in the residue cups located inside the range hood,
behindthe perforated diffuser panels. Periodically,unscrew the inlet panels and remove the residue
cups for cleaning.Clean by hand or in a dishwasher. Spraydegreasing detergent and leave to soak if
heavilysoiled.
Dry residue cups and re-install beforeusing hood.
