electrolux 5 DAILY USE FREEZING FRESH FOOD The freezer compartment is suitable for freezing fresh food and storing frozen and deep-frozen food for a long time. To freeze fresh foods it is not necessary to change the medium setting. However, for a faster freezing operation, turn the temperature regulator toward higher settings to obtain the maximum coldness. Important! Do not use metallic instruments to remove the trays from the freezer.

This is correct. • The thermic dilatation might cause a sudden cracking noise. It is natural, not dangerous physical phenomenon.
