Changing the playback
order
You can play tracks on a disc inserted in the desired
order (for Audio CD) or in random order (for Audio CD/
Video CD).
Up to 24 tracks can be programmed. You may
select the same track more than once.

You can play tracks on an Audio CD/Video CD disc in the
desired order by using the Program function.

1 Press ON SCREEN.
The on-screen display appears on the TV screen.
2 UseCURSORA/T to move [_ to
[PROGRAM]and press ENTER.
The color of [PROGRAM] changes.

If you specify a wrong selection
Press TV/VIDEO - CANCEL. The last selection
programmed is erased.
To clear the program
Press •.
4 Press _- to start program play.
When all of the programmed tracks have finished
playback, the unit stops but the program remains.
NOTE
During program playback, pressing _ skip to the next
selectionof the program. PressingI<< returns to the
beginning of the current selection,however,you cannot
skip backto the previous selection.
To quit program playback
Press ENTER when I_ points [PROGRAM].
[PROGRAM] returns to its original color.
(When playing back a Video CD, you have to press
and then press ON SCREEN to bring up the on-screen
display.)
To clear the program
While stopped and the on-screen display is shown on
the TV screen, move I_ to [PROGRAM] and then
press •. All the programmed tracks are erased.
While programming tracks, the current program step
number and the selected track number are indicated in the
display window.

The program table appears on the on-screen
display (as shown above).
The "PROGRAM" indicator lights in the display
window on the front panel.
