18. Do not store any materials in this appliance when not in use.

19. Do not place any of the following materials in the appliance: paper,

cardboard, or plastic.

20. Do not cover the cooking basket or any part of the Digital Smart Fryer

with aluminum foil. This causes overheating of the Digital Smart Fryer.

21. Do not leave unit unattended when in use.

22. This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external

timer or a separate remote-control system.

23. It is recommended to not operate for more than an hour.

24. Use extreme caution when removing the trivet or basket and disposing

of hot grease.

25. The Digital Smart Fryer can be turned off while using any of the

functions by pressing the Start key.

26. During hot air frying, hot steam is released through the air outlet

openings. Keep your hands and face at a safe distance from the

steam and from the air outlet openings. Also be careful of hot steam

and air when you remove the pan from the appliance.

27. Immediately unplug the appliance if you see dark smoke coming out

of the appliance. Wait for the smoke emission to stop before you

remove the basket from the appliance.

28. Accessible surfaces may become hot during use. Do not touch hot

surfaces, use handle or oven mitts.

29. Do not place the appliance against a wall or against other appliances.

30. Leave at least 6 inches (15 cm) of free space on the back, sides and

above the appliance.

Caution!!

• Always place the appliance on a horizontal, level, heat resistant and

stable surface. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner.

• This appliance is intended for normal household use only.

• Always unplug the appliance after use.

• Let the appliance cool down for approximately 30 minutes before

handling or cleaning it.

• The appliance is equipped with a safety micro switch inside that will

shut the appliance off automatically if the basket is removed during

cooking.

• Do not fill the basket with oil as this will cause a fire hazard.
