Your Rotary Surface Cleaner will come installed with one set of 25020 nozzles (25 degree and 2.0 orifice). a. NOZZLE CHART PRESSURE WASHER OPERATOR’S MANUAL TROUBLESHOOTING Correct nozzle size is important for optimum cleaning efficiency. Surface Cleaner Unit is shipped with two #2, 25° nozzles in rotary swivel, and one #3, 15° nozzle in shut-off gun. Review correct nozzle size for your pressure washer. See chart below for correct nozzle size. To obtain the correct nozzle size in the rotary swivel, divide the minimum nozzle size for the pressure by two. Round this figure up to the nearest half nozzle size.

Pump oil: Check level daily before first use of your new Surface Cleaner, Change pump oil after first 50 hours and every year or 500 hours thereafter. Use SAE 10W-40 Non Foaming. Oil capacity in pump is 13.5 Oz. Engine oil: Check daily before first use of you new Surface Cleaner. Changes pump oil after first 20 hours and every 100 hours thereafter. GX200 engine requires 0.63 US qt. of SAE 10W-30 oil.
