ASSEMBLY & SETUP

This Pressure Washer requires some assembly. If you have any problems with the

assembly of your Pressure Washer, please call the Pressure Washer helpline at

1-800-590-3723. If calling for assistance, please have the model, revision, and serial

number from the data tag available.

1. Using a box cutter, cut open the Pressure Washer carton on top.

2. Carefully remove all items from the box and inspect for completeness (see

Functional Description).

HANDLE/WASHER CONNECTION

1. Place the pressure washer on a flat surface

and on its wheels and legs.

2. Attach the handle:

a. Insert the tip of handle tubing inside the

frame tubing.

b. Press on the handle locking detent

pins on both sides of the handle.

c. Push down on the handle until pins snap inside the holes in the frame tubing.

WAND/ GUN CONNECTION

Insert the wand into the gun fitting outlet. Ensure that the

threads are aligned properly and that the connection is

secure. Securely tighten the wand by hand.

PRESSURE HOSE/GUN & WASHER CONNECTIONS

Unroll completely and remove the

pressure hose from the reel wheel

and connect the hose to the gun

inlet and high pressure water outlet

of the unit. Ensure that the threads

are aligned properly and that the

connection is secure. Securely

tighten the nut by hand. Place the

gun into the gun holder on the side

of the Pressure Washer.

GARDEN HOSE / WASHER CONNECTION

DO NOT run the pressure washer without the water supply

connected and turned on. Running this pressure washer without water will

permanently damage the water pump.
