To configure the second step in the list:
1. Input S 002= 5.000 V. Press Enter. The display shows S 002= 0.0000A.
2. Input S 002= 5.000 A as the current limit. Press Enter. The display shows
S 002= 1.0000A.
3. Input S 002= 0.001 S as the duration of the step. The display shows S 002= 0.001S. Press
Enter. The display shows S 003= 0.000V.
This completes the configuration of the second step. You are ready to configure the third step.
To configure the third step in the list:
1. Input S 003= 1.000 V. Press Enter. The display shows S 003= 0.0000A.
2. Input S 003= 1.000 A as the current limit. Press Enter. The display shows
S 003= 1.0000S.
3. Input S 003= 1.000 S as the duration of the step. The display shows S 003= 0.001S. Press
Enter. The display shows S 004= 0.000V.
This completes the configuration of the third step. You are ready to configure the fourth step.
To configure the fourth step in the list:
1. Input S 004= 7.000 V. Press Enter. The display shows S 004= 0.0000A
2. Input S 004= 3.000 A as the current limit. Press Enter. The display shows
S 004= 1.0000A.
3. Input S 004= 0.001 S as the duration of the step. The display shows S 004= 0.001S.
Press Enter.The display shows S 5= 0.000V.
This completes the configuration of the fourth step. You are ready to configure the fifth step.
To configure the fifth step in the list:
1. Input S 005= 3.000 V. Press Enter. The display shows S 005= 0.0000A.
2. Input S 005= 1.000 A as the current limit. Press Enter. S 003= 0.0001S.
3. Input S 005= 0.001 S as the duration of the step. Press Enter. The display shows
Save List 1.
This completes the configuration of the fifth step.
To save the list to location 3:
Input 3. Press Enter. This saves the list to location 3. The display shows >Edit List.
The list is now complete and saved. You are ready to run the list.
To run the list:
1. Press Output On/Off to turn on the output.
2. Press Shift and 2 to display the available list.
3. Use the arrow keys, the navigation wheel , or the keypad to select 3 as the location of the
saved list.
4. Press Enter. L3:EE is displayed while the power supply waits for a trigger.
5. Press Shift and 3 to to run the list.
You are ready to stop running the list.
