Tip Over Hazard
Do not use dishwasher until completely installed.
Do not push down on open door.
Doing so can result in serious injury or cuts.
Tip the dishwasher and
lay it on its back.
Use the packaging material
underneath to protect the floor.
Connect the drain hose
extension.
Use the green clamp provided to
connect the supplied drain hose.
Connect the hot water inlet hose.
Before you begin your dishwasher installation:
Turn off the water and electricity.
o Remove old dishwasher,
You may need to purchase the following:
%" NPT compression or flared 90 ° elbow
Plumber tape
2 appropriate wire connectors
Apply plumber tape to only the %" Connect the threaded compression
NPT threaded end of the 90° elbow or flared 90° elbow end to the
fitting, hose.
Then connect this end into the
water inlet valve. Leave elbow
facing the rear of the dishwasher.
Check the dishwasher fit with the cabinet opening.
Remove supplied parts and
literature from inside the
dishwasher.
Remove old drain hose and check
routing for new drain hose. Route
water and electric supplies.
Electrical Shock Hazard
Electrically ground dishwasher,
Connect ground wire to green ground connector in terminal box.
Do not use an extension cord.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, fire, or
electrical shock.
Connect to electric power.
Remove 2 access panels. Fit the dishwasher into the cabinet.
Remove terminal cover.
Connect the wires using
appropriate wire connectors
to secure.
Replace the terminal cover after
electricity is connected.
Adjust the back wheels as
necessary.
Adjust the front legs as necessary.
Stand dishwasher up.
Pull all the tubing, hoses and wires Slide dishwasher into position.
through their cabinet openings. Make final connections for drain,
water and electricity as needed.
If there is a disposal, remove the Connect the dishwasher to the
disposal plug. drain using the silver clamp
provided.
Level dishwasher and secure.
Use a level and check across the
bottom edge of the closed
dishwasher door and along the
front of door from top to bottom.
Raise or lower front legs as
needed.
Open the door and place a towel
over the lower dish rack to prevent
any dropped screws from falling
into the pump.
Secure the dishwasher to
countertop with screws provided.
Check for leaks.
Turn on water and check for leaks at fitting.
Reinstall the 2 access panels on the lower front of the dishwasher.
Turn electricity on. Run a cycle to
check for leaks at both the hot
water and drain connections.
When water and drain connections
are working, cancel cycle.
