If an error exists, the error ID number and error code are stored.
0: No Error

Sensor ready
The sensor amplifier has started and is ready. 0: Starting
1: Ready
Error ID number
The error ID number is stored in the range of bit 0 (LSB) to bit 4
(MSB).
