Power failure Check 12 VDC and/or mains voltage
Mechanical obstruction Clean filter and/or remove obstruction
Electrical failure Check fan impedance ~30 Ω
Resistor defective Measure power resistors:
Specifications: 15 Watt and 50 / 39 Ω
