Printing error. ■ Make sure your printer is on and the USB cable is
securely connected (page 50).
■ Check your printer for more info.
Time out occurred while printing.
■ Check cables and printer supplies. Print again.
Write failed. Select another
location.
The frame was unable to copy the picture.
■ Insert a different card or device (page 26).
Unable to create file. Device write
protected or full.
The frame was unable to copy the picture.
■ Insert a different card or device (page 26).
■ Remove write protection, unlock card.
■ Delete pictures from card.
Disk full.
Please select Allow on computer
and try again
The frame is attempting to access your computer through
WINDOWS MEDIA Player (instead of KODAK EASYSHARE
Digital Display Software); and the frame has not been
’allowed’ in MEDIA Player.
To access your computer using WINDOWS MEDIA Player:
1 Allow the frame in MEDIA Player: Select Library →
Media Sharing. Follow the on-screen directions to
allow your frame.
2 Tap Home → Pictures and Videos. Select a computer
name that starts with the frame name, not Kodak
(indicates a connection through WINDOWS MEDIA
Player.).
To access your computer using EASYSHARE Digital Display
Software (recommended):
■ Tap Home → Pictures and Videos. Select a computer
name that starts with Kodak (indicates a connection
through Digital Display Software).
