Why did the fax fail to be sent to the recipient?
Check the logs to find out the type of error. Then, do the following:
Make sure that the fax server is online and the server where Kofax Front-Office Server is
installed is connected to it.
Make sure you have properly installed and configured the Kofax Fax Connector and set
the user name and password for the fax server in the bis_config.xml file.
If you are sending the fax from Kofax Front-Office Server Web Client, make sure that the
file is in TIFF format.
You entered the fax number in the correct format specified for the fax server.
