Why did the fax fail to be sent to the recipient?
Check the logs to find out the type of error. Then, do the following:
 Make sure that the fax server is online and the server where Kofax Front-Office Server is
installed is connected to it.
 Make sure you have properly installed and configured the Kofax Fax Connector and set
the user name and password for the fax server in the bis_config.xml file.
 If you are sending the fax from Kofax Front-Office Server Web Client, make sure that the
file is in TIFF format.
 You entered the fax number in the correct format specified for the fax server.
