WARRANTY
WHAT IS COVERED
FOR ALL PRODUCTS
All products are guaranteed against defective materials for one year from the
date of purchase and based on normal residential use of the product. This
limited warranty is applicable on parts only, labor is not included. The warranty
is not transferable. Shipping fees for replacement parts are covered within the
365 days following the date of purchase.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
FOR ALL PRODUCTS
Damages due to vandalism, animals, abuse or wrong use of the product are
not covered by the warranty. Damages caused by severe weather conditions
such as thunderstorms, hail storms, wind or snowstorms are not covered by
the warranty.
Rust, water infiltration and discoloration of the structure and/or the fabric are
not covered by the warranty.
If any of the instructions of the OPERATION or SAFETY INFORMATION
sections is not met, the warranty will be void. Any modification made to the
structure will void the warranty
.
SPECIFICATION ABOUT POLYCARBONATE ROOF PANELS
Holes in polycarbonate roof panels or discoloration of the polycarbonate roof
panels are not covered by the warranty.
