34 Using the Music Player
Music Player controls
While you are listening to a song, you can use the
Navigation key as follows:
Up - View the playlist.
Down - Restart the song.
Left - Play the previous song in the playlist.
Right - Play the next song in the playlist.
Press to pause or resume a selected song.
Playback options
Shuffle
Note: Shuffle is inactive if there are fewer than
three songs.
1. Select Menu Music Player.
2. Press the right softkey to select Options.
3. Select Settings Shuffle On. appears.
This option changes to
Shuffle Off if
Shuffle On has already been selected.
Repeat
1. Select Menu Music Player.
2. Press the right softkey to select Options.
3. Select Settings Repeat On. appears.
This option changes to
Repeat Off if
Repeat On has already been selected.
Auto Off
The phone exits the Music Player after it has been
paused or stopped for a selected amount of time if
the
Auto Off feature is enabled.
1. Select Menu Music Player.
2. Press the right softkey to select Options.
3. Select Auto Off.
4. Select an option and click : 10 minutes,
20 minutes, or Off.
Viewing details about a song file
To see the file type and size of a file:
1. From the home screen, press and hold
or select
Menu Music Player. The
playlist appears.
2. Highlight a song and select Options
Now Playing.
Viewing details about the
playlist
To view the total number of songs and the amount
of memory available on the phone and the card:
1. Press and hold or select Menu
Music Player. The playlist appears.
2. Select Options Playlist Details.
