LANCOM Config Service Remote / On-site
LANCOM experts support you in the design of solution scenarios, the
creation of configurations, or with installations – by phone or on site.
LANCOM Emergency Support
Just in case. If you suddenly need immediate help, e.g. if your infrastructure
fails – we guarantee response times in a matter of 30 minutes until diagnosis.
LANCOM Extended Support Times
Book qualified LANCOM employees to be on-call outside of business hours, e.g.
for planned changes such as configuration updates, LCOS updates, etc.
LANCOM Support Flat Rates
Dedicated phone number and e-mail address with a guaranteed NBD response
time (for installations with up to 20/50/100 LANCOM devices or combinations)
LANCOM Service and Warranty Extensions
LANCOM Next Business Day Service Extension
Advance replacement of a defective LANCOM device the next business day
(Monday to Friday, islands excepted)
LANCOM Advanced Replacement
Next-day device replacement. In the case of hardware failure, LANCOM will
send you a replacement device by the next business day (Monday to Friday)
