Any item repaired or replaced under these Limited Warranes will be covered by the Limited Warranes for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

asafloorsampleordisplaymodel,(iii)anymerchandisepurchased“asis”orsecond-hand,(iv)anymerchandisepurchasedatadistresssaleoragoing-out-ofbusi-
nesssale,(v
)anymerchandisepurchasedfromaliquidator,or(vi)merchandiseobtained froma rentalretailer.Allwarranes, whetherexpress orimplied,  cover
onlynormalhouseholdusage.Nowarranty,expressorimplied,appliestoanycondionresulngfrommisuse,abuse,deliveryortransportaondamage,noran

condionresulngfromincorrectorinadequatemaintenance,cleaningorcare.TheseLimitedWarranesarenullandvoidiffurniturehasbeenmovedfromorigi-
nalpointofdeliverytoconsumer.

Chemical Treatments
TheseLimitedWarranesdonotcoverdamagesordefectscausedbyuseofchemicaltreatmentsorprotecvecoangsonthefinish,leather,orupholsteredfabric
bytheretailerortheoriginalretailpurchaser,andanysuchchemicaltreatmentsorprotecvecoangsvoidsallwarranesofW
arrantor.

Leather, Upholstered Fabric and Finishes
TheLimitedWarraneson“Leather”,“UpholsteredFabric”and“FinishesandallOtherFurnitureProdu cts”donotcover(i)damagesresulngfromexcessivesoiling,
improperorunapprovedcleaningmethods,(ii)fadingorotherdamagesresulngfromexposuretosunlight,(iii)damagesresulngfromhouseholdhumidity,or(iv)
damagesresulngfr
omanyliquid,includingbutnotlimitedtoalcoholandwater.CAUTION:Anyuseofimproperorunapproved cleaningmethodsvoidsallwarran-
esofWarrantor.


TheseLimitedWarranesdonotapplytoanyproductsthathavebeenalteredbyanyperson,dealer,orcompanywithouttheexpresswrienauthorizaonofWar-

licablewarrantyperiod.Warrantorreservestheright to require defecve parts bereturned upon request.
Youmustmakearrangementswiththeretailertos chedulethetransportaonofthefurnitureorpartsfrom yourhometotheretailerorfromtheretailertoyour
