STAINLESS / CARBON STEEL BALL VALVES
Legend stainless steel and carbon steel ball valves are made using investment casting, which results in less porous and smoother finished
castings with greater integrity. Moreover, the manufacturing facility is ISO Certified, using automation and comprehensive TQM processes.
Applications for the valves include process piping, pneumatics and hydraulics.
All ball valves conform to MSS Standard Practice 110. All ball valve seats, end adapter seals and packing are PTFE, with exception of T-730,
T-725, and T-715 which have graphite impregnated seats. Pressure ratings vary from model to model. All ball valves except model T-720 have
304 stainless steel latch lock handles.
T-720 Carbon Steel One-Piece Ball Valve
Heavy-duty one-piece carbon steel barstock body. Bottom-loaded
blowout-proof stem, 304 stainless steel handle & nut, stem and ball.
Ideal for commercial or industrial applications where port size is not
critical. Available in sizes and configurations 1/4”- 2”, FNPT x FNPT.
• ANSI/ASME B1.20.1: Threaded end connections.
• MSS SP-110: All models comply.
• ASTM A351 CF8M: Investment cast stainless steel
body, end adapters, and ball for sizes 1/2”- 2”.
• ASTM A276: 316 stainless steel ball for 1/4”- 1/2”.
• AISI 304: Stainless steel handle, locking mechanisms,
packing nut, bolts and nuts.
• Saturated Steam (WSP): 150 PSI
• Cold Working Pressure (CWP): 2000 PSI (1/4”- 1”); 1500 PSI (1-1/4”- 2”).
• Conforms to MSS Standard Practice 110.
• Threaded end connections comply with ANSI/ASME B1.20.1
• Naturally lead free.
