Lead-free design is suitable for all no-lead potable water
installations, in full compliance of all lead-free plumbing laws.
Dezincification-resistant (DZR) forged brass resists corrosion from
exposure to a wide variety of water conditions.
The 3/4" MNPT x 3/4" Sweat configuration allows the valve to be
threaded directly into a tank or boiler header, with the transition to
copper tubing right at the valve.
High-rise lever handle is oriented over the solder connection,
permitting easy valve operation in close proximity to the tank wall
or manifold, as well as a reduced chance of handle sleeve damage
during the soldering process.
Bottom-loaded, blowout-proof stem features a dual-seal PTFE
packing and EPDM rubber O-ring design, assuring positive sealing
under temperature and pressure extremes.
Self-cleaning chrome-plated ball resists mineral build-up and
scaling.

FULL PORT PRESS-TO-CONNECT BALL VALVE
Press-to-connect end connections are designed for installation onto ASTM B88 types K,
L and M hard-drawn copper tubing. Coiled (annealed) soft copper tubing is not
recommended, but can be used if ends are made round. See insertion depth chart below.
Deeper tubing sockets and dual O-rings at each press connection, provide extra stability
during the pressing proce
ss as well as enhanced sealing.
Compatible with commercially-available VUS profile jaws
Oversized lever handle with pre-drilled tag hole is ideal for commercial applications
Sizes 1/2" to 1-1/4" Press x Press are also available with assembled extended T-handles
and color-coded identification discs imprinted with the following: Red; "HOT" Blue; "COLD"
and Purple; "RECLAIMED WATER" for insluated tubing a
pplications.
Available in sizes; 1/2" to 4" in the Press x Press configuration, 1/2" to 2" in the MIP x Press,
and FIP x Press configurations and 1/2" to 1-1/4" in the MIP Union x Press configuration.

overall height from the stem base to the top of the handle is 1.76" and the diameter is 1.28". At least 1.25" of insulation
