COMPONENTS
LMV-3 Three-Way Mixing Valve, is designed for use in hydronic heating and
cooling systems. This valve is designed to provide a desired system uid
temperature by mixing uid at a higher temperature from the heat source
(typically a boiler) with uid at a lower temperature returning from the
heating zone. For cooling applications it can be installed to mix cooler uid
from the chiller (or other cooling water sources) with warmer uid returning
from the zones to achieve the desired system chilled uid temperature.

Mixing Valve Actuator
Mixing Valve Actuators are compact and a very reliable design for use with the LMV-3 mixing valve.
Two control options are available to utilize either “set point” or “outdoor reset” mixing strategies.
Utilizes knurled brass nut for easy connection to the 3-way valve and colored LED lights to visually
indicate movement and direction of actuator.
24V Floating Actuator – For use with the LMV-3 Mixing Valve. Must be paired with separate
controller that can provide a 24V output signal (sold separately).
800-761 Mixing Valve Actuator – 24V Floating 1
Stand-Alone Actuator – For use with the LMV-3 Mixing Valve. Contains built-in, proportional –
integral (PI) control that uses feedback from the pre-wired temperature probe (included) to control
position of 3-way mixing valve for desired output temperature. No need to connect to separate
control box or system.
