Limited One Year Warranty

This product is covered under United General Supply’s (UGS) one (1) year limited warranty. With the
limited one year warranty, if it is thirty days (30) or less, the part and shipping is complimentary. When
it is day thirty-one (31) through one year, the part is complimentary, yet the shipping and handling is
the customer's responsibility. After one year, the part and shipping is the customer's responsibility.
To the original purchaser, UGS warrants that it will be free from defects in material and workmanship
for up to one year from the date of purchase under normal use and proper care.
If most of the parts are defective, a return/exchange will have to be done through the retailer from
where the product was purchased. The document that advises not to return to store applies to small
defects that can be resolved directly with us.
Replacement of defective or missing parts will be sent at no charge to the customer for a period of thirty
days from the date of purchase. UGS will no longer be responsible for missing parts or hardware thirty
days after date of purchase. Freight, packaging, labor or material charges to and from our customer
service center is not covered under the warranty and is therefore the customer’s responsibility.
The limited warranty does not cover commercial purposes, abusive use, damage by modification, freeze
damage, rust, fading and issues caused by improper care.
Proof of purchase (dated register receipt/order confirmation email/packing slip) and photos will be
required for warranty claims.
