When the Sleep Timer counts down to

, the power shuts off automatically.
Notes:
You can shut the unit off manually before the Sleep Timer counts down to
00
by pressing the
STANDBY/ON
button at any time.
If you are falling asleep to CD, the system will only operate until the CD ends.
If you set the Sleep Timer for
90
minutes but your CD is only 45 minutes long,
the music will stop after 45 minutes but the unit will keep on until the Sleep
Time
e
lapsed.
To cancel the Sleep Timer, press the
SLEEP
button repeatedly to the
00
.
The Sleep Timer is canceled, and the display returns to the previous mode.
LISTENING TO AUXILIARY SOUND SOURCES
Connect the Audio Output jacks of your auxiliary sound source (TV, VCR, DVD
Player, Casset
te Deck, Mini Disc player, etc., etc.,) to the
AUX IN
jack on the back
panel of the Tuner/CD unit.
The connection cables are not included.
1.)
Press the STANDBY/ON button on the top panel or on the remote control to
turn this system On .
2.)
Press the
Function
button on the top panel or on
the remote control to select the Auxiliary Source
function. The
AUX
indicator appears in the display.
3.)
Turn your auxiliary source On and operate it as usual. The sound from the
auxiliary source will be heard through the sp
eakers of this system.
4.)
Adjust the
MAIN
VOLUME
, BASS
and
TREBLE
level controls of this system
as desired.
