Solution:Ensurethattheproblemisnotbeingcausedbytheapplication.
Checkthatyourcomputerhastheminimumrequiredmemorytoruntheapplication.Refertothemanuals
suppliedwiththeapplication.
Checkthefollowing:
•Theapplicationisdesignedtooperatewithyouroperatingsystem.
•Otherapplicationsruncorrectlyonyourcomputer.
•Thenecessarydevicedriversareinstalled.
•Theapplicationworkswhenitisrunonsomeothercomputer.
Ifanerrormessageisdisplayedwhileyouareusingtheapplicationprogram,refertothemanualssupplied
withtheapplication.
Iftheapplicationstilldoesnotruncorrectly,contactyourplaceofpurchaseoraservicerepresentative
forhelp.
USBproblems
Problem:AdeviceconnectedtotheUSBconnectordoesnotwork.
Solution:OpentheDeviceManagerwindow.EnsurethattheUSBdevicesetupiscorrect,andthatthe
assignmentofcomputerresourceandtheinstallationofthedevicedriverarecorrect.ToopentheDevice
Mangerwindow,clickStart➙ControlPanel➙HardwareandSound➙DeviceManager.Ifyouare
promptedforanadministratorpasswordorconrmation,typethepasswordorprovideconrmation.
