PREPARATION ATTACHING THE TV TO A DESK (Only 26LG30) The TV must be attached to a desk so it cannot be pulled in a forward/backward direction, potentially causing injury or damaging the product. PARENTAL CONTROL / RATINGS Parental Control can be used to block specific channels, ratings and other viewing sources. APPENDIX TROUBLESHOOTING The operation does not work normally. Check to see if there is any object between the product and the remote control causing obstruction. Ensure you are pointing the remote control directly at the TV. ■ Ensure that the batteries are installed with correct polarity (+ to +, - to -). ■ Ensure that the correct remote operating mode is set: TV, VCR etc. ■ Install new batteries.
The audio function does not work. Press the VOL or VOLUME button. Sound muted? Press MUTE button. ■ Try another channel. APPENDIX MAINTENANCE Early malfunctions can be prevented. Careful and regular cleaning can extend the amount of time you can enjoy your new TV.
