Product Warranty

Wall Ovens
One year
from the date of the original purchase
Any part of the oven which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
During this full one-year warranty, LG will also provide, free of charge, all labor
and in-home service to replace the defective part.

and Induction
Cooktops
One year
from the date of the original purchase
Any part of the cooktop which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
During this full one-year warranty, LG will also provide, free of charge, all labor
and in-home service to replace the defective part.
Induction
Cooktop
Five years
from date of original purchase
A replacement glass cooktop if it should crack due to thermal shock or crack at
the rubber seal between the glass cooktop and the porcelain edge. A
replacement induction surface unit if it should fail. During this limited additional
four-year warranty, you will be responsible for any labor or in-home service.
Electric Ranges
One year
from the date of the original purchase
Any part of the range which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
During this full one-year warranty, LG will also provide, free of charge, all labor
and in-home service to replace the defective part.
Five Years
from the date of the original purchase
A replacement glass cooktop if it should crack due to thermal shock or
crack at the rubber seal between the glass cooktop and the porcelain edge.
A replacement radiant surface unit if it should burn out. During this limited
additional four-year warranty, you will be responsible for any labor or
in-home service.
