What should I do if the LED indicator of the product
is not lit during starting process (Boot phase)?
Check the USB cable connection between USB adapter (not
included) and the product. The USB cable must be firmly
connected.
Check the connection between the mains socket and the
USB adapter (not included).
Alternatively, the user must try another mains socket.
What should I do if the mobile device does not get
charging ?
Check that the mobile device have Qi wireless charging
technology.
Check the mobile device is placed horizontally on the center
position of the charging pad.
Check that no foreign object blocking the charging.
