What should I do if the LED indicator of the product
is not lit during starting process (Boot phase)?
Check the USB cable connection between USB adapter (not
included) and the product. The USB cable must be firmly
connected.
Check the connection between the mains socket and the
USB adapter (not included).
Alternatively, the user must try another mains socket.
What should I do if the mobile device does not get
charging ?
Check that the mobile device have Qi wireless charging
technology.
Check the mobile device is placed horizontally on the center
position of the charging pad.
Check that no foreign object blocking the charging.
