The product uses an LED indicator to show the operating status:
LED indicator Status
Blue lights up two seconds Starting process (Boot phase) /
Standby
Blue lights up Charging / Full Charge
Blue is flashing metal obstruction
Green is flashing Incompatible adapter or cable
connected
P Troubleshooting
What should I do if the LED indicator of the product is
not lit during starting process (Boot phase)?
 Check the USB cable connection between USB adapter (not
included) and the product. The USB cable must be firmly
connected.
 Check the connection between the mains socket and the USB
adapter (not included).
 Alternatively, the user must try another mains socket.
